On March the 29th 2024, I watched a movie “OPPENHEIMER”. He is notorious for being ‘the father of the atomic bomb’. This movie stands from the view of Julius Robert Oppenheimer. As results, there were many aspects that are evident from the side of Oppenheimer, in parallel with the aspects that went far beyond his hands. There were many people surrounding him cheerfully in apparent, but he felt a sense of loneliness that he did not understand those people in reality. He knew science well and had a certain level of management, together with weakness inside him. The movie sticks only to his standpoints, and this resulted in a success as a good organization of the movie. There is no evident descriptions of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. For the people in USA, the story will continue if you visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum. To know the truth in stars began the endless stresses from nuclear powers in the world, as Oppenheimer noted to Albert Einstein. It’s too late to allow them exist in the world, but we have a few moments left to deal with them. Here is a song from the Thin White Duke.
Quite a lot of physicists appeared in the movie. You will be familiar with most of them, if you study physics. Albert Einstein appeared a few times but as a key person for Oppenheimer. Niels Bohr, Werner Heisenberg, Enrico Fermi, Hans Bethe (Bethe ansatz is one of my favorite models, inspiring me of a biological model of mine), a crazy guy who was always playing bongos (Richard Feynman) and so on. Even Kurt Gödel appeared for a single occasion.
