In this story, the divergence between human and ape is set at 13 Myrs ago, which is supported by molecular evolution data between human and chimpanzee (however, it is still controversial in the real world). Magius claims that people’s desires are distinguishable from other living organisms from this moment and they would be interesting source as a driving force of certain relations. Magius’s aim is to save all the magical girls with strong intention of certain desires from their unavoidable destinies to become witches, which are harmful to human society. This religious nature without considering details of individual lives of the human beings, is one of the tricks of this story. Doppel, which is a spitting image of a magical girl and which people sometimes notice among the huge flows of fake stories surrounding us, is what people should ignore in most cases not to be mad crowds. With amusing modeling of magical scenes, this story is somewhat mirthful and coming season(s) for the next stories is expected.
