I have watched the first episode of the drama series “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2” on the amazon prime video service. It is developed from J.R.R. Tolkien’s works. The beginning of this season starts from a success of Sauron’s intention to get rid of elves in Middle-Earth. Without noticing it, elves were captured by the three rings of power, despite not being influenced directly by Sauron. This aim would be achieved finally after the defeat of Sauron in the next Third Age. Elrond and Galadriel were still young, and they were incapable of avoiding the situation. An old man, who thought he survived by a fortune of good choice, was immediately killed in the hands of Sauron. There are full of coincidences and adverse selections in the world, besides the choice theory. Círdan also appeared frequently in the movie, in contrast to his brief appearance in “The Lord of the Rings” movie directed by Peter Jackson. The Valar Leader Manwë was also mentioned. Morgoth’s existence casted the shadow to all the stories, and Sauron once formed Morgoth-like form of a certain creature after an attack by Adar. The newly visualized beauty of cultures in Middle-Earth was excellent.
