I have watched the sixth episode of the drama series “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” on the amazon prime video service. This part is mainly for actions, but there are still some philosophical matters implied. The relation between Adar and Sauron remains to be elucidated, as I have thought. Adar was definitely a counterpart of Sauron and their relation was complex, as they were both direct servants of Morgoth. Adar was a tormented elf and even Galadriel could be reformed into an orc, if certain conditions were fulfilled. Galadriel in this story is still young, and not comparable to later characters appeared in “The Hobbit” or “The Lord of the Rings”. The creation of orc is one of the major themes underlay in the story of Middle-earth.
