I have watched the fifth episode of the drama series “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” on the amazon prime video service. Gradually the framework of this story is appearing. It shows subtle doings up in the wrong ways would lead to a drastic catastrophe, if the end of this story is the same as described in Tolkien’s original story. Even Elrond goes along treading on thin ice. The loves to all the cultures in this story would meet a certain ending.
The three rings of elves are said to be entrusted to Gil-galad, Galadriel and Círdan. Círdan, who also appears in “The Lord of the Rings” movies for a few moments with no speech, definitely has an important role in the Tolkien’s story. I wish he would have a certain role in “The Rings of Power”. I heard that the producers of “The Rings of Power” don’t have a right to visualize the story of “Silmarillion” and the story is based on the appendixes of “The Lord of the Rings”. If this is true it became a bit difficult to visualize the Tolkien’s world. I still hope the producers find their ways to achieve their ends, however.
