From January the 6th 2020, an animation series named “pet” was started. The story seems to be talked about on the internet. This series was originally drawn by Ranjo Miyake as a comic series in a comic magazine, “Big Comic Spirits”. It is a story of people who can modify a human memory through a world of creepy appearance. Although the original version had been ended suddenly, it was remastered afterwards and the animation is based on the remastered edition. I do not have read the remastered edition, so I am looking forward to finalizing the reception of this story after 17 years. For this animation, addition of music and motion of the drawings impressed me a lot and furthermore, my nightmares these days have a common sense among the creepy worlds the story is embracing.
