The Great Passage(舟を編む)

I watched a Japanese movie “The Great Passage(舟を編む)”.It is a story about making a Japanese dictionary in old-fashioned style for 15 years, and the making of the movie itself is a classical style from oldies. The main character lives in a room that resembles a Japanese antiquarian bookshop. He is awkward at first, but gradually gains a motivation for making a dictionary. There is a sad farewell to his supervisor, however, the story includes thinking carefully for words, and also interpreting and revising definitions of them. If you think of the usage for “however” in the previous sentence, you can easily understand this. “Εν αρχηι ην ο Λόγος”, and everything starts from the words.
